  • Clean it with a cloth and then reseat the drive. Make sure you screw the SSD all the way down. If the screw is loose, the SSD may cause blue screen errors.

  • If the error is occurring on a Lenovo laptop, you can download the latest version of BIOS from the website here.
  • Alternatively, you can also use the Lenovo Vantage software that comes pre-installed on your laptop to download the BIOS update as well.
  • After installing the update, reboot the computer and check for any improvements.
  • If your computer fails to boot/start, move the BIOS to a DVD or USB drive and update it from the Boot menu.
