    1. Create a New Outlook Profile and Data File (.pst)

  • Launch Outlook client.
  • Click on New Items  > More Items > Outlook Data File.

  • Close and relaunch the Outlook client again.

    2. Create a New User Profile

  • Click on Start and select Settings.
  • Click on Accounts.
  • Click on Family and Other Users.
  • Click on Add Someone Else to this PC.

  • Enter a User name and then enter a password or leave it blank, it is optional.
  • Click on Next to create a new profile.

  • Press Windows Key + L.
  • Now sign in using your newly created Profile.
