If you like Adele’s music and you use Groove Music, you’ll be glad to learn that Microsoft has a treat for you. The Groove Music Pass now allows you to listen to Adele’s latest album, 25, for free.

This is another interesting feature Microsoft rolled out to its music app, after having successfully revamped it. Adele’s 25 album has eleven songs, and the price tag for individual songs is $1.29.  The album also features top hits such as “Hello” and “Send My Love (To Your New Lover)”.

Another major advantage for Microsoft’s Groove Music app is that when you buy an album or a song, you can also download it on Android, Windows 10, Windows 8, and Windows Phone 8.

If you’re not a fan of Adele’s music, maybe this excerpt from the album review can determine you to take advantage of this free offer and download the 11 songs:

Make no mistake, all 11 songs are of a piece — they’re shaded by melancholy, gaining most of their power through performance — but that cohesive sound only accentuates how Adele has definitively claimed this arena of dignified heartbreak as her own.

Groove Music has recently received an important update that improves the app’s overall performance and generates playlists for you. For the time being, the update is available only to Insiders, but it should soon come to the general public.

These updates and this free album users can listen to came at the right moment as the memory of the May Groove Music bug is still fresh among users. Many users complained they couldn’t use the app due to the “Can’t play – Another app is controlling your sound right now” error. Microsoft managed to find a fix pretty fast and solved the issue, but in case you ever encounter Groove Music crashes, we suggest you use the workarounds listed in our fix article.
