This can sometimes cause Diablo 3 to freeze, so let’s try to change TDR value. To do that, follow these steps:

Press Windows Key + R and enter regedit. Click OK or press.

On the right pane, right-click the empty space and choose New > DWORD (32-bit) Value if you’re using the 32-bit operating system. If you’re using the 64-bit version of Windows select QWORD (64-bit) from the list.

Enter 8 as the value and click OK to save changes.

3. Change Power Options
